"We were touring at Muston Grange in our campervan for a week. Came back from a day at Filey beach, sandy and tired, and the campervan key wouldn't turn in the lock. Salt and sand must have corroded something internally — it had been getting stiff all week and I kept meaning to spray some WD-40 in there. Ian came out from Bridlington, had a look, confirmed the lock cylinder was beyond saving, and cut and programmed a new key. Sat in our camping chairs having a cuppa while he worked. Lovely bloke. Even gave us a spare key at a good price so we'd never be stuck again."
