"We'd come to The Haven to look at a static caravan we were thinking of buying. The sales rep met us at the gate, showed us around the park, then the van — beautiful inside, exactly what we wanted. We stepped out to discuss numbers, the door clicked shut behind us, and the rep went pale. 'The keys are on the kitchen counter,' he said. First viewing, and we'd already locked ourselves out. Ian came out from Bridlington — the sales rep called him, said he was 'the only auto locksmith we trust around here.' Got us in, cut a spare key for the rep there and then. We did buy the caravan. And we've got Ian's number saved in our phones."
