ID44 and ID49 transponder chips. Straightforward programming — most can be cloned or coded via OBD within 30-45 minutes.
Advanced Keyless Entry (SkyActiv Models)
Mazda's proximity smart key system on 2013+ Mazda3, Mazda6, CX-5 and newer models. We programme replacement fobs using dealer-level diagnostic equipment — push-button start and keyless entry both work.
Remote Flip Keys (Mazda3 Mk2, Mazda6, CX-7)

How much does a Mazda key cost?+
Mazda keys start from £110 for basic non-remote keys. Remote flip keys (Mazda3, Mazda6, CX-5) are £140-£180 including cutting and programming. Advanced Keyless smart keys cost £200-£280. All include mobile callout to your location across Bridlington and East Yorkshire.
Can you programme Mazda Advanced Keyless keys?+
Yes — Advanced Keyless Entry is Mazda's proximity key system on newer Mazda3, Mazda6, CX-5, CX-30 and MX-5 RF. We supply and programme replacement smart fobs so that keyless entry, push-button start, and hands-free boot all work as expected.
Can you replace an MX-5 key?+
Yes — all MX-5 generations from NA (Mk1) to the current ND. Early cars use simple metal keys; NB/NC use transponders; late NC and ND use remote flips or the Advanced Keyless smart fob. We programme them all.
How long does a Mazda key take?+
Most Mazda keys take 30-60 minutes. Older Mazda2/Mazda3 with standard transponders are quicker. Newer SkyActiv models with Advanced Keyless need a secure OBD login which takes a bit longer — but we carry the tools and blanks to do it on-site.
Can you help if I've lost all my Mazda keys?+
Yes — all-keys-lost recovery for all Mazda models. We gain entry, programme new keys via OBD, and delete lost keys from the immobiliser. Covers all immobiliser types. Proof of ownership (V5C) required.
Do you cover the Mazda BT-50 pickup?+
Yes — the BT-50 and Mazda3 van are both covered. Same mobile service to your worksite, yard, or roadside. We carry the common Mazda commercial blanks.
