How much does a Skoda key cost?+
Skoda keys start from £120 for basic non-remote keys. Remote flip keys (Fabia, Octavia, Superb) are £140-£180 including cutting and programming. KESSY smart keys (Kodiaq, Karoq, Enyaq) cost £200-£280. All include mobile callout to your location.
Do Skoda keys use VW parts?+
Yes — Skoda is part of the VAG group. Transponders, remote boards, and immobiliser systems are often identical to VW and Audi. We carry the right blanks and diagnostic tools — a Skoda key is as routine as a VW for us.
Can you programme Skoda KESSY keys?+
Yes — KESSY is the VAG-group proximity key system on Kodiaq, Karoq, Enyaq and higher-spec Octavias/Superbs. We supply and programme replacement smart fobs. Keyless entry and push-button start work exactly like the original.
How long does a Skoda key take?+
30-60 minutes for most models. IMMO3 systems (older Fabia, Octavia Mk1) are quicker. IMMO4/newer systems need a secure OBD login which takes a bit longer. We carry common Skoda blanks — same family as VW, rarely waiting for parts.
Can you help if I've lost all my Skoda keys?+
Yes — all-keys-lost recovery for all Skoda models. We gain entry, programme new keys via OBD, and delete lost keys from the immobiliser. Proof of ownership (V5C) required.
Is a Skoda key cheaper than VW/Audi?+
